Discovery Call 

Let’s start with a conversation. In this no-pressure call, we’ll learn about your space, goals, and any immediate needs—from growth planning to reconfiguration. It’s your chance to ask questions and see if COI is the right fit for your project. 

Design Kickoff 

With your approval in place, our team gets to work. We’ll schedule a kickoff meeting to review space plans, material ideas, and project phases so everything runs smoothly. From this point forward, you’ll have a dedicated team guiding you every step of the way.
